Infant Offer - Bubble or Full Closure
Should the school be instructed to close a bubble or a full lockdown be reintroduced then the following offer will be available.
Our infant children have a slightly different offer due to the challenges regarding the sharing of home devices and the children's skills and confidence in logging into remote education. An example timetable is below but please look at the children's class pages for the weekly timetable and planning and all the teaching links you will need. All tasks will be put on the class pages from day one of bubble/full closure.
We will offer a combination of paper tasks, video tutorials from the class teacher and external providers and online activities which are equal to at least three hours of work a day. In addition to the normal literacy, maths, phonics and topic work we will provide 'well being' activities from our ELSA teaching assistant Mrs Griffiths and PE sessions from Mrs Webber at least once a week and these can be found on Classlist. Assemblies will also be available on the Video Resource Centre as will a special Feel Good Friday music and art activities, both in the children's section of the website.

To ease pressure on workload our lessons on Well Being Wednesday and Feel Good Friday will be more practical based including music and art. Work can be submitted by email to the school office or class teacher, or by the Classlist via the class teacher.
The teachers provide an optional live story time/show and tell session your child can join in with. They will have the chance to see their friends and teachers and more information about this can be found on the class pages.
If you require any support please do not hesitate to contact the school office. We are happy to provide paper packs and have laptops for loan if you are struggling with devices.
